Do you offer senior discounts?

At this time we do not offer senior discounts only bulk discounts.

Can you Line-X something for me?

We don’t do the coating ourselves but we can refer you to the local shop that does the spraying which is usually linex.

What types of payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card and debit card.

Can you ship my lid or shell to my house or state?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship lids or shells.

I am not home at the time that I am supposed to pick up my item what can I do?

You need to call us immediately if you wont be able to pick up your item for an extended period of time. If you leave a down payment on a new or used item and an extended period of time without communication has passed, you will lose your down payment and we will sell your item.

My shell or lid has gotten misaligned can you fix that for free?

If you have your receipt and your item is still under manufacturer warranty we can make adjustments for you at no cost

Do you carry replacement parts?

Yes we carry replacement parts for most of the new lids and shells that we carry. We sometimes even have old rare replacement parts in the back. If your lid or shell is under manufacturer warranty and the part is covered we can replace it at no cost.

I lost my receipt what can I do?

Usually if it hasnt been too long we can try and find it for you if you know the month and year of the transaction. We don’t keep our paper records for more than a year or two in some cases sometimes much less.

Can I combine coupons or offers?

We can only accept one offer per purchase, most manufacturers only allow us to apply one discount for the whole order.

Can you paint my used item to match my truck?

When you purchase an item we can give you the contact info of a local body shop that can paint your item to match your truck

My paint is peeling is it covered?

If you are the original owner and are within the warranty period offered by manufacturers of new lids and shells you can get your lid or shell repainted but usually they will not repaint a lid or shell that has the clear coat peeling completely off over the whole item already. The item has to be brought in when a blemish or defect is noticed but hasn’t advanced as much yet.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We do accept trade-ins such as camper shells, some lids, tool boxes and racks. The amount of trade-in you get will be based on the model, color, condition, which truck body it fits and the manufacturer.

Do I need to bring in a copy of a coupon or discount?

If it is a shell or lid from a major manufacturer we carry it is usually not necessary, you simply need to verbally tell us what discount you would like to apply that is available. If it is a smaller manufacturer of other types of products we do need a copy of the coupon or a website address where we can see it for ourselves.

Do you accept all manufacturer coupons?

We are unable to accept some coupons or discounts given by manufacturers because we don’t work directly with all manufacturers we carry. We do accept coupons from the major manufacturers of Campers and Lids we carry.

How much do you need for an order or to put a hold on a used item?

Usually, we require half of the price of the item when it is either ordered or if we have it in stock to set it aside for you. The other half of the payment is paid on the day that the item is installed.

Do used items have a warranty?

All used items we sell used are sold “as is” and don’t come with warranty.

Do All New Items Come with Warranty?

Most items that we sell new come with a manufacturers warranty. Some warranties are very short, and some only cover installation of the new item. When buying something new ask us about the warranty.

How do I register my lid or shell for the manufacturers warranty?

When you buy a new lid or shell it may come with a letter or address to which you can mail a copy of the receipt we give you so that you can register the lid or shell for warranty purposes. Even if you don’t register your item you are still covered as long as you have your original receipt.

Do you accept checks?

We do not accept checks as a form of payment, we only accept checks from businesses .
