Unfortunately I was not able to get... read more the name of the kind lady who assisted me but I can say that she went out of her way to call the company that I purchased the lock from and was successfully able to resolve my problem and was able to have them ship me a lock with no purchase! I haven't seen customer service like this in so long.Thank you!!!

      We are so happy to have found Sno Valley Camper Shells. We have had a FlipPac camper/tent for a long time, and wanted to transfer it to a newer truck.... read more It was not the usual camper shell and has a tent that flips out over the cab of the truck. The FlipPac manufacturer, FRP in Riverside closed it's doors 3 years ago. After searching other businesses, Sno Valley was the only one that would help us, and without hesitation. They asked, in our situation, to not make an appointment, but to just come early. We were assuming that they wanted to evaluate it, and have us come back. But we were surprised and happy to have them start on it right away, after giving us a very reasonable estimate. Part way through the job, we realised that we forgot that we needed to replace the back window of the truck with a window that had a slider opening. They did not offer that service but helped us find a nearby glass service that did a rush order for us. So we came home with the FlipPac installed on the new truck and what a blessing that we did not have to return, driving 2 trucks, one old and the new one to receive the FlipPac, on another trip. We are very pleased with the work they did. Excellent!

  •   I needed some repair parts for my 15 year old Snugtop shell on my F250. I shopped around online and decided to go with a local store instead of just... read more using the same old Amazon store. I showed up without an appointment and was greeted by a nice gentleman. I would have said "older gent" but I'm on the older side myself. He asked if he could help me. I let him know that I was looking for some replacement parts for my shell and he asked me to follow him inside the showroom. After some discussion, we walked out to my truck and I further explained what I was hoping to accomplish.
    He let me know how much the parts were and believe it or not, they were competitive with internet pricing. I gladly agreed and he gathered them up. Just before I started to pay, I asked how much for them to install the new hinges and all new hardware? He said that it was 20 bucks a hinge and I jumped on that deal. They saved me a lot of pain since I have a torn miniscus and since my truck is lifted, doing it myself would have caused me a great deal of pain.
    After removing the worn out and broken hinges, he diligently realigned the locking mechanism and tested everything as well. They even added some weatherstripping and snugged up the window so it wouldn't rattle.
    The rear window hasn't been that easy to operate since it was new. The guys at the yard were polite and friendly. It was definitely a pleasure to do business with them.
    I highly recommend this business if you have any needs or are in the market for a new shell or any other type of cover for your truck.

      This is a very good company! The people are very polite and honest. I did have a few things that were not right but they made everything right! Not everything... read more goes right... that is just life. When I brought the issue to their attention they did not hesitate or deny the issue, they worked very hard to resolve the issue and have me as a happy customer. Their integrity is impeccable! Again I highly recommend this place!

The prior vendor I contacted was nickel and... read more diming me for everything. When I called Sno Valley and spoke with Blanca, I could not believe the price. I asked her to double check to verify. I went right over and placed the order for my ARE Ultra tonneau cover for my newly purchased 2017 Chevy Silverado. Four long weeks later the cover finally arrived and I rushed over there as soon as Blanca called me. The installation was done to perfection. I am very happy with my purchase. From the initial call, customers service, price and installation...A++. Thanks Blanca....

    Selection- I already had a good grasp on what I wanted, either a Snugtop Hi-Liner or A.R.E's MX. They had a good section of both new and used shells. Inside the office, there's a huge selection of accessories. Everything from door roof racks to bedslides, it's in there.

    Service- To be honest, whether or not I purchased from Sno-Valley, I was going to write a review. I don't believe I have ever came across such a group of accommodating and knowledgeable individuals. It's a family owned business that's been around for nearly 40 years and it shows. I can't say that I've ever learned so much in such a short time regarding one subject. We when over what my primary use of the shell would be and discussed what options there were in the future, in case I might want to add a Roof Top Tent or rack etc. and not once did I feel as if I was being sold something. Rather, I felt they were trying to teach me all the tips and tricks that they had learned over their years of camping, hauling and the like.
    This place is gets a solid 5 stars. Great interaction, incredible service, and I would highly recommend dropping by with any question you can come up with.

      Ordered and picked up my Snug Top Rebel for my 12 Tundra Crewmax. This place had a very competitive price and free installation. They had a great selection of ARE,... read more Snug Top and other more inexpensive shells. All good but I went for the ST based on my needs. This was the only place that was able to explain all models and options as well as the specific differences between them. Installation took as long as me going next door to have lunch and return. The only thing I can complain about is that they didn't install batteries in the shell dome light. Not a big deal but at this price point, batteries should be included. I plan on returning to buy some other accessories available for my truck. Great place, very friendly and professional service.
